Two particularly useful programs for many hard of hearing individuals are TEPP and TAP.  These programs provide grants every three years towards the purchase of equipment necessary to make the telephone accessible.  The amount of the grant is dependent on the severity of your hearing loss as determined by an audiologist or physician.
