The Department of Health Services (DHS) will be hosting a Public Hearing to consider amendments to DHS Chapter 78 relating to Telecommunications Assistance for the Deaf, Deaf-Blind and severely Hard of Hearing persons.

The meeting will take place on May 15th at the DHS Building:
1 W. Wilson St. Room 751
Madison, Wisconsin, 53703

The meeting is scheduled to take place from 1:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.

Parking in Madison near Department of Health Services:

The Department of Health Services is located two blocks from the Capitol so parking can pose a challenge. It is best to allow ample time to locate parking as ramps tend to fill up fast, so be sure to locate a second option should your first be full. In front of the Department of Health Services there is short-term metered parking available for those who are being dropped off, but this is not intended to replace garage options.

Meeting room at DHS:

Visitors to the DHS are required to sign in at the reception desk located in the middle of the building, so it is recommended you come into the building through the central doors. You will be provided a temporary pass which you must return at the end of the meeting. Please use the elevators behind the reception desk to get to the 7th for conference room 751.
